Throughout the school year, free teacher training classes are held at our office. During class, we present and discuss Good News Club® material, share teaching tips, and have a wonderful time of fellowship. If you are looking to strengthen your teaching skills and learn how to more effectively share the Word of God with children, we would love to have you join us! These trainings are open to all volunteers and to anyone interested in becoming a CEF Jackson volunteer. Contact the office to find out more information.

Woven in and throughout every Bible lesson we teach is the main tool we use in sharing the Gospel effectively with kids – the Wordless Book. The concepts touched on as represented by each page help to link the Bible story being shared to the child listening so they can connect that the Bible story isn’t just something that happened centuries ago – it applies to them today – right now. Child Evangelism Fellowship® takes very seriously how we counsel a child who is asking big questions and/or wanting to believe on Jesus as his/her personal Savior. It’s a responsibility we want to steward well. Please watch the videos linked below to see a demonstration.

CEF offers a multitude of training videos to help prepare you as Good News Club teachers, new or experienced, know how to teach in club. These are helpful tools in general, but especially if you’re unable to attend our monthly teacher trainings at the local CEF Jackson office.
