Meet the Staff
Ashely Coleman – Local Coordinator
Ashely was born in Wyoming but is an Oregon native. She enjoys all things outdoors, drinking coffee, is a voracious reader and loves spending time with her teenage son, who she also homeschools. Ashely began volunteering with CEF in 2015 at Wilson Elementary’s Good News Club. In the years following, she assisted the committee in planning and preparing local fundraising dinners. Prior to CEF, she worked as one of the teaching tutors at Arrows Christian Homeschool Academy where she got to share her passion for learning with a great group of kids for three years. On the side, she also had a successful Bible rebinding business restoring worn and used Bibles from over 40 different states. In late 2023, she felt led to close the Bible rebinding business and her time with Arrows to pursue a full-time position as the Local Coordinator with the CEF Jackson chapter. Ashely is so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of Child Evangelism Fellowship, and all that God is doing through it!
Glenda Samples – Office Assistant
Glenda is our much appreciated office assistant!
Joshua Crawford – Children’s Ministry Specialist
Joshua began volunteering in 2015, and after graduating the Christian Youth In Action (CYIA) 5-year program, has since assisted in mentoring and training teens to teach the gospel to kids, as well as been working to bring the gospel to boys and girls in local schools. He took an internship position in 2023 and as a CMS is now helping run trainings, teaching Good News Clubs in multiple schools, and continuing to actively assist with CYIA every summer. As a second job, he teaches martial arts to kids at Champion Karate.
